1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gully Legend platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gully Legend is a fantasy cricket platform that enables users to participate in simulated IPL-style player auctions, manage fantasy teams, and compete on leaderboards based on real match performances. The platform supports four roles: Admin, Auctioneer, Captain, and Member.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated.

4. Access & Payment

• Member access is free of charge.
• Captain and Auctioneer roles require a one-time access fee.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
• Access is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After the access period expires, you will need to renew to continue using paid features.
• The access fee is not a deposit, prize pool, wager, or bet. It is a platform access fee only.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment, technical failure preventing access), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting the platform administrator. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to manipulate auctions, bids, or fantasy scores through unauthorized means.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users within auction rooms or the platform.

7. Auction & Fantasy Rules

• All auctions are conducted within private, password-protected rooms managed by an assigned Auctioneer.
• Bidding is subject to platform-enforced rules including budget limits, bid increments, timer durations, and squad size caps.
• Fantasy points are calculated automatically based on imported match statistics. Point calculations follow the scoring rules defined by the platform.
• The platform does not offer any real-money prizes, rewards, or gambling functionality. Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on the Gully Legend platform are the intellectual property of Gully Legend or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. IPL player names, images, and statistics are used for fantasy gaming purposes and belong to their respective owners.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Admins and Auctioneers may remove teams or users from their auction rooms as part of room management.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Fantasy scoring is based on imported statistics and may be subject to human error in data entry.
• We are not affiliated with the Indian Premier League (IPL), BCCI, or any cricket franchise.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gully Legend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or inability to use the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
