Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Gully Legend ("we", "us", or "our") provides a fantasy IPL auction platform where users purchase access to specific roles (Captain, Auctioneer) on the platform. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

2. Nature of Purchase

All payments made on Gully Legend are one-time platform access fees. These fees grant you access to specific role-based features for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• Payment Failure with Debit: If your account was debited but the payment was not confirmed on our end and access was not granted.
• Service Not Delivered: If you paid for access but were unable to use the platform due to a technical issue on our side that could not be resolved.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• You have already used the platform after the purchase (participated in auctions, joined rooms, etc.).
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with auction outcomes, fantasy scores, or leaderboard results.
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Inability to participate due to personal reasons unrelated to the platform.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@gullylegend.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email, transaction ID or payment receipt, and reason for the refund.
3. Submit the request within 7 days of the original purchase date.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

7. Cancellation

Since the platform offers one-time access (not a recurring subscription), there is no subscription to cancel. Your access automatically expires one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to stop using the platform at any time, you may simply stop logging in. No cancellation action is required.
